At what age does “growing up” stop to ascend me?

With time, growing up and throughout puberty, you Can ascend without really doing anything because of BM increasing and other stuff.
I was wondering, at what age Will BM stop increasing and those other things.

I’m 16 and hit puberty later then many others.
