Puberty ends on average at 25.
Growth ends earlier, averaged at 20. Although growing can actually last up to 30 but in very minor changes.

What kind of growth?
All bones grow in density up to 25. There are a few cases where ppl grow vertically another inch in their later 20’s or early 30’s

I just turned 17 what can I do to take advantage of this growth and get the best results I'm 6'2 but my bones should be denser I think

So just be healthy?
If you’re a normal human being with no defficiences your bones will grow like they should, in density and length. I’m guessing you’re not an outlier since you’re 6’2 so just be healthy and shit will grow. Density mostly comes from second puberty 18-25

2-3 years ago I used to eat garbage food and have an un imaginably bad sleep schedule and do no sports at all for about a year or two, since then I've been going to the gym doing sports eating clean and sleeping better are those 1-2 years enough to ruin my growth enough that even if I do everything right from 15 to 25 i still won't experience the normal growth I was supposed to have during these years?

16 on average, give or take a year for early/late bloomers.
