At what age is buccal fat removal surgery fine?

My buccal fat makes me look like a 13 year old guy from the front. I only weigh 60kg, so I am certainly not fat.
I guess my buccal fat might decrease as I age.
If I still have it at 21, would it be OK to go for this surgery then?
Or is a rhinoplasty more important?

go below 10% body fat to remove facial fat. losing fat is much more easier than any surgery. do some bulking before cutting.

My bf isn't high I think. I only eat like 1000kcal a day. I always get fat in the face and nowhere else.

if you have 5k to spend in surgery then do it, however in my opinion men should try to looksmax with bodybuilding before going into plastic surgery.

I won't get surgery anytime soon. I'm just planning ahead. I'll start with bodybuilding for sure. My first surgery will most likely be a rhinoplasty or nose fillers. I generally rather want to save money because I aim for a leg lengthening surgery which is really expensive.
