at what age should one expect to start developing substantial facial hair?

Most people even in their 20's, and early 30s can only grow lackluster beards.

I might be wrong here, but from what I've been told, it scales with age. So even if you can't in your 20's, you might get decent growth in your 40's.

I'm of Russian descent and am 18 still with almost no facial hair. Some dark hairs on chin and moustache, some fuzz on the sides, that's it. The fuzz doesn't connect to the goatee btw.

Bro im 26 also 100 % russian. I have to clean shave because i have complete beard only on the tip of the chin and pedo mustache. Nothing on the sides. Its the genetic shit of brown/ light brown haired russians

I had significant sideburns area hair at 13, if you don't have any hair at 17 then inject T
