11.5 cm is a wide jaw? google said average male bigonial width less than 10 cm.

I think bigonial width has nothing to do with inward / outward gonions, correct me if Im wrong.

Hence why adding width on inwardgonioncels often looks uncanny.

OP might be asking at what width does the flaring of the gonions become visible on the outside. If you have flared gonions on a narrow mandible, the flaring gets hidden.

I’m asking “can I have inward gonions with wide jaw?” Any surgeries to fix it?

If you become downward grown doesn't the flared part just turn inside or something, cause I talked to a few people who were downward grown and they didnt feel a notch to the side of their bone

You can have flared gonions and a rounded jawline.

At precisely 36.25mm bigonial width, the gonions will appear "flared" on every individual. Other factors, like the overall size of the bones + soft tissues have zero effect. It's just 36.25mm for every individual on Earth, from a newborn baby to an 8-foot tall acromegalic.

Flared gonions is not the cause it's a consequence, that's what people don't understand here

Flared gonions is caused by strong masseter developpement during human growth, pulling out jaw angles (every surgeron tell this)
That's why every person with real flared bones, always have strong masseter.

NOW when you get an implant, HERE'S THE DANGER :
If you place flared implant without having strong masseter = it will be unatural and uncanny !
either you can look like an egg, or at least unaturally botched jawline
Soft tissues is as important as bones/implants.

Some guys got great flared design but didn't show up in reality even at decent bf

Flared gonions/chad looks = flared bones AND masseter density AND very low bf AND thin skin
you need to have all them 4 to have a great jaw, that's why chad are so rare...
Even best models stay at 10% bf maximum, and photoshoot at 7/8%

ok troll.
Even you ramus is completely visible from the top, even some chads will never have this
Jaw can't be narrow if the entire jawline is visible
No i am fr not trolling or braging, i literally have narrow jaw but flared gonions.
