At what height and weight can you do whatever you want to women in public with nobody short of armed police stopping you?

What's the minimum height and weight to do unspeakable things to women in public (leer, grope, catcall, harass, undress, follow home, chase, abuse, etc) without some incel white knight coming to her defense? AKA you're safe until armed policemen come and detain you?

I'm thinking a solid 6'5 260lb will scare off everybody in say a crowd of 200-300 people who are watching you do these unspeakable things to an innocent woman. Maybe some overconfident "tough guys" will challenge you though, so ideally I think 6'7 280lb+ to look like an unholy menace to 99.99% of the world's population.
