Very interesting question, I feel that anyone below 6ft has to have insane facial features but from what I’ve seen the above 6ft people usually have worse jaws and eye area. Like all the bone was deposited into the body.
Yea very tall men for some reason have average or below faces but their height can often save them. But people who are very tall don’t live as long and have heart problems most of their lives. But they still live better lives than manlets

I feel it is rare for having both height and goo dlooks is cause, mostly height causes the face to grow downward, those guys also automatically have frames that , there are people with perfect genetics who have proportional frame and hence also a perfect face with no recession, it's like when someone says - "he was supposed to be this tall" looking at both face and frame, you just know it. It's just that I think freakish heights aren't really what is considered great genetics in general.
I am tall but I have downward growth because I was a mouth breather and thumb sucker. I don't have downward growth because I am tall. Even my optimal face would be fairly long. Unless you have a gigantism your face should grow normally.
Exactly, there is 2.16 m tall Shaquille O'Neil who doesn't have gigantism, then there is this actor/YouTuber I know who was detected with gigantism and is 6'7". It is conclusive that most freakish height people have that downward growth. What's your height?
