Thanks man, It's so fucking frustrating I recently remeasured my height and when I said I was 5'9 I was probs because I lifted my head up and tiptoed and when I laid flat no coping i got 5'7.5 it feels like the worst blueball ever

Nah you are prob 5'9. How did you measure? I know that feel but most people even doctors aren't measuring height correctly. Get a digital stadiometer.
