I might have to cut to 6% for bones but I wanna know the side effects

6-7% is very possible for natties. 4% is not
4% is death, no bodybuilder has ever reached under 5%; what are you talking about?

15% will give you a very lean look and will be somewhat maintainable

15% is not acceptable even for people with bones I dont think you understand bodyfat percentage. You wont have hollow cheeks at 15% unless you have very good fat distribution.

8% leaness is some olympic athlete level shit. Good luck achieving that and keeping it year round with a normal lifestyle

Maintaining all body fat is the same. Just eat at maitnence calories which is usally 2500. If you cant get by at 2500 calories something is wrong with you.

I don't know where you got 2500 calories but if you truly think you have the willpower to starvationmax and gymax to be that lean then you should go for it

You dont need to starve and the average man burns 2500 calories a day. It should be common looksmax knowledge. Maybe 6% is starvation tier but 8%+ isnt unless you diet like a retard.

just know that there are many side effects to being that lean and that you'll probably have to gain and lose weight to not completely die.

it's not ideal to be sub 8% it looks like shit, being closer to 10% is ideal

Okay maybe I will get bones at 7-8%. I did alot of research and bodybuilders say at sub 8 they start to feel like shit.

Depends on the person. Some natties just walk around at ridiculous bodyfatlevels, probably because of low ghrelin production / high activity levels.

First of all, he didn't say "below" 6%, he said get to 6%.

Second of all, being natural or not is irrelevant. Steroids has nothing to do with absolute leanness. It is a matter of energy balance. If you stop eating, you will reach 6% and below.

99 percent of starving people dont have hollow cheeks, they have sunken in midface, cheeks and everything else. When you can see the outline of the maxilla, teeth etc. on a face- it looks giga malnourished, sickly or old. Only sick ppl, anorexic ppl or old ppl have a face that looks like it is auschwitz-maxxed.

Theres a big difference between the aesthetic hollow cheeks and the rest of the face looking healthy at the same time with decently sized fatpads, which signal youth and health AND "lean" auschwitz-maxxed face with zero fatpads, giga wrinkly/foldy/depleted collagen etc.

You seem to not get the point. A good bone-rich and forward grown face will look lean even at 15% bf or higher. Also at that bf %age, the rest of the skin tissue looks healthy.

If one needs to starvation-maxx for a lean face, its not even worth it. It also fucks up the hormonal balance when the body is constantly running close to red health bar in permanent survival mode / perma stress mode.

Just try things out, figure out the limit that still feels healthy.
Ppl get carried away too much with "muh I need a lean face at any cost". I'd argue that there are more effective and maintainable ways to achieve a lean face without sperging out with auschwitz-maxxing.

Things like face yoga- engaging groups of certain muscles regularly. If you train your mind to do it subconsciously, without even thinking about it, it will be the biggest looksmax for lean face, even at higher bf%age.

BUT- a big warning, any and all exercises of facial muscles must never be overdone. One needs to be very careful to avoid overtraining certain facial muscles, as it can backfire rather quickly and create unwanted folds/wrinkles etc.

You'll have bones at 10% (unless you're subhuman), you just have your percentages off. You'll think you're 6% at 10% when you look in the mirror sounds like.

If you don't have bones at 10%, I suspect you won't look much better or better at all at 6%. You just suffer from lower quality of life because too low body fat percentage affects how your body works.

Yeah I dont know if I will have bones at 10 because I am 20 and I have literally no ogee curve
