I'd say when you're 6 inches taller than someone you can mog them even at an entire looks lvl below which means
6'2 htn >5'7 Chadlite. This can be multiplied until the shorter guy reaches 5'11
5'9 chadlite<6'4htn
5'11 chadlite=6'6 htn
Beyond this the shorter guy mogs
6' chadlite> 6'7 htn
