20 inch arms overboard?

I am currently gymmaxxing. Would 240 pounds shredded be too much at 6’3?
 
Are u roiding how can u be that heavy and be shredded even at ur height man.

If you are natty, there is no such thing as getting "too muscular" or whatever.

Also 6'3" 240 shredded is not possible natty. not even with elite genetics

You most likely will never be too muscular. It takes YEARS of extremely hard work, Roids, and genetics to become “too big”

I don’t expect to be 240 shredded natty at 6’3. I suspect that my limit is 205-220 pounds lean. Not shredded.

I’m asking if I were to roidmaxx would 240 be too much.

I measured my arms. 12.6inch.
It's overboard, because at this point you're just doing it for some kind of reason that will not bring you any kind of actual benefit whatsoever, as your bodily attractiveness has probably peaked already some time ago and functionally there's no reason to have more strength, modern world doesn't require you to have this immense strength. I'd argue further gains would only bring downsides. Maybe it's good for psychological/ego reasons etc. But it's better for you to know that. I think at this point you're just appealmaxxing at other guys or like meatheads, tho idk how you look. But 50cm arms is like uuh, wow, but also wtf? Then again, take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Assuming everything else is equal (face race, etc), Foids would take a 6'3" 240 shredded guy over a 6'3" 210ish lean guy.

Yeah sure a roided guy may have a little more SMV over his natty looksmatch. But the roided guy will have worse health, negative side affects and all the other issues that come from taking roids.

I used to have 38~cm. Which is 15inches or something. I know I should be, but damn it's hard. I'm rather frail as a whole, never handled weights well, I think shitty genetics tbh.
And I just never found weights for my face, which is the weights I should be lifting. Lately been really thinking of starting again, but everything is closed down. All I can do is pull ups/chin ups and some abs exercises. I also prefer running, have ran half a marathon. Lifting a few weights kills me instantly, I can barely move.

Your genetics are probably average, you’re just trying to avoid working out. I went from 160 pounds to 200 pounds during quarantine. At home. Some days I just picked up bottles of water and made weights with them. I feel better. I look better. Clothes fit me well and my back pain gone. Stop looking for excuses.

179cm. It's been years since I was at gym. I do agree though. I don't think I look like very terrible though.

You don’t look terrible, but your diet, obviously, sucks. You need to be in a surplus and eat enough protein. Lift 3-4 times a week. You can work with your own body weight.

I am trying to avoid, because it's not a pleasant thing tbh. At least running can be relaxing or you can experience an high. Ye I also used the water bottles and such at times. It's just rather my bones are crappy and they end up making me feel very annoyed. Hard to explain, but I think I might have some genetic disease in relation to cartilage/bones. Maybe not. I do agree though in general, as I said I wanted to try again.

My diet is good imo. Eggs, pork, chicken, cheese, cream, butter. That's like 95% of it there. I'm really afraid of eating in huge excess as my face looks so bloated all the time as is, and gaining any weight just makes my face instantly fat. I know that it might be due to sodium, so just need to buy some potassium and mix with the salt and use that instead of regular salt.

Just because you eat those foods don’t mean you eat enough of them. You’re around 130-140 pounds I’m guessing, so you’re obviously consuming 2000-2500 calories top. You need to up your calories 300-500 and calculate your protein. It must be at least 100-150 grams every day (that is, by the way, about 350 grams of beef).

The bloat part yes, you are going to be a little more bloated. Oh and say good bye to your abs for the next 6-9 months. But in the end it’s going to be worth it after you cut. You’re going to be walking around with 16 inch arms.

Bullshit. You’re on this site for a reason. You want to Looks max right? Getting a good physique is the first step. The least risk, guaranteed results and relatively cheap. People respect you more and you have more confidence.

Oh ye, I certainly do think that EVERYTHING matters. So for sure, but the problem is face first. I been at this thing for years now tbh, like from lookism.net though maybe not with the best of discipline. And I went from 1-3 matches on tinder in a month to 20 matches in a month. Imo in the past I just looked really bad in comparison. Anyway, I know and I mostly agree. Idk about the cheap part, requires actual food and dedication, time. Quite a lot of effort. Which is sometimes a really big trouble for people who frequent sites like this, as their general quality of life is probably scraping the bottom of the barrel.

They're useless then, if they're there to only look over your shoulder whether you're fit enough for them at every single second or not, as if a policeman. Tbh it's not something I'd really want to get involved with and sounds like extremely depressive relationship, it'd make me feel worse than being alone probably.
Maybe that's the thing with the society. It is not healthy anymore and you can't have actual relationships. All I can hope for is looksmaxx into something, that they wouldn't want to give up on, I guess.

I'm so unattracted to males, not even funny. Tbh even majority of women don't do it for me. To me it's purely psychological thing actually. If girl has shitty character, I couldn't even fuck her 100%
