Toxicity depends on duration of dosage
You can take 1million IU once and be fine

Also toxicity isn't even dangerous with vitamin d
 
Thats a daily dose
 
Im eating 1k iu vitamin gummies in hopes it kills me painlessly
 
Na I took 50k daily for 3 months
