Diet of the animal can affect it a lot, and fat is what really brings out the flavor, so you need a lot of fat in it. You can add some raw butter or egg yolk if you have any.
Alternatively try some of Aajonus’ recipes, but I personally don’t use herbs or anything when I eat.
