although im not some 6'5 250lb jock football meathead i have allways been athletic and well developed, typically more so than my peers during childhood and adolesence. in this sort of environment you learn to have fun and give effort based on your opponent during typical endevors of sports and play young boys engage in. this has been studied in rats where when young rats are fighting playfully, the larger or more powerful rat will allow itself to loose sometimes. otherwise the small rat would not play with it.
i have realized that people who where the "small rat" during developmental years allways give 110% competitive vein popping effort irespective of their opponent placing a lot of their ego on winning and loosing. even if they have grown up and become a "big rat" they still hold the same mentality.
meanwhile if you where the "big rat" you play to make sure your opponent has fun and dont usually care much about winning and loosing as you know you arent at your full potential.
this doesnt mean the "small rat" in this example is an incel or unathletic subhuman, they could could just be sorrounded by older or other well developed people during adolesence.
i have noticed people who where gifted from a young age in competitve settings like a sport are easier to have fun with. i have noticed this with tennis players as well as fighters and many other people.
this comes in to play with looks and height, where taller better looking people (during adolesence) feel less need to compensate and are not affected by wins or losses with women as much. whereas someone who did not develop bieng good looking or popular feels like they need to rope every time a women rejects them. a chad doesnt care, he is naturally unaffected by rejection (affected still but less so).
