atopic dermatitis need help!

hello so my dermatologist said i have atopic dermatitis. gave me a hidrocortisone cream and said to use it daily for a week. its been 2 months since i got hc prescribed and it did nothing. i tried everything. cut everything out from my skincare routine only left cerave moisturizer added la roche posay cicablast b5 also using vaseline/aquaphor on eyebrows. my eyelid and around my mouth/lips area is really bad also at the corner of my eyes i have some burn like redness idk it won t go away. it has days where it looks good days where my skin looks like its exfoliating. its really descending me since i need to keep my hair long to cover my eyelids and i can t use any products and my acne has flared up. i really need some help dealing with this shit any tips would be appreaciated. i went to the dermatologist this week and he said its caused by my alergies which is weird since i never had this issue before but i dealt with alergies my whole life. i first noticed the spots appearing after using tretinoin and getting my brows plucked with some sort of gel

i have no fucking ideea the doctor said its atopic dermatitis. i was wondering if maybe someone had an ideea on what i should do to treat it thats why i went so in depth
