Let's say I have a bizygo width of around 128-130, so pretty much flat, no arch prominence, etc.. Would it be possible to get bigger zygo implants (laterally) than normally, or would it still be limited ? If it is the case, what osteotomy would be a good idea to combine with the implants ? I've thought about OBO, but the biggest limiting factor, at least in my mind, is that we can't make the ears further apart, and my ears are already pretty pinned back, so it is clearly a limitation. If the stretching of the soft tissue in obo is severely limited by this, then doing lefort 2 (I lack forward growth too lol) with whatever osteotomy + zygo implants seems like a better idea overall for me.
What do you guys think ? My problem is mostly soft tissue not stretching enough, which means I lack definition.
Anyway, thank you as always !
