I want to drop to a lower body fat, i'd rather starve myself than buy shit to train at my house since i have no motivation rn, need a fasting guide, what i'd need to take not to fuck up my hormones or trigger hair loss, like should i change between water fasting and dry fasting while taking some multi vitamins?

I just want to leanmaxx by auschwitzmaxxing, if there's any exercises that focus on losing weight fast please share it, i have a bycicle at home as well should i stick with cycling or other exercises?

1,77cm 5'10 and 73kg rn

dude, why dont you just go out and run, do HIIT cardio running, that shit burns calories like hell and just dont eat much. no point in starving yourself

Whey protein, got it, i'm moving to my father's on a few days, he gymcells, he got a lot of those, any recommendation? How much should i take per day?

Son i have bad news anyway just do cardio and fuckarounditis and eat 500 to 1000 cal with enough brotein

Make sure you get plenty of fats. In particular saturated fats. That should prevent the hormone and hair complications you mentioned

You can fast but shouldn't be doing this for absurdly long

You can calculate an estimate of your calorie expenditure
Then subtract 500 calories and eat this amount until weightloss stalls
Then drop calories further again

25 to 30 minutes, search on the internet there are many routines and pick one which you like

do a 1 day water fast than eat normally for 1 day and keep that pattern on. drink water.

I'm 19 now, 20 in 6 months
Are you still growing? Not even height wise but like shoulders getting wider? This fast/cut may damage your development.

I saw in one thread that adding pink himalaian salt helps with that and electrolytes, should i cardio while on those?
do a 1 day water fast than eat normally for 1 day and keep that pattern on. drink water.
Not planning to eat normally, i'm literally talking about crashing weight

then you should do a full week water fast tbh maybe even with cardio or weights. i personally don't see any benefits to it and i don't think it is healthy.
if you are planning to do what i said eat in a calorie deficit of maybe 800-500

I am still developing yeah, face got wider, jaw bigger and seems like my glabella is growing slightly, my body also has a masculine profile, not insane by any means but currently at 19 inch bideltoid and a small enough waist, it's just buried in a lot of fat, height seems stalled

You’re choice really. It may or may not damage your development.

You should be alright because you’re about 20 and the majority of development is done so if any damage is done it will be minimal. Good luck.
