Authentic Ramen

MMM, Im gonna make SUPER AUTHENTIC RAMEN as Authentic as the motherland has it, with some scallions, onions and egg on top.

on top of that I'm going to make beautiful Sushi (as authentic as the motherland has it of course) with maybe salmon and eel variants.
salmon is classic so I'm going to make about 80 pieces of sushi for lunch for dinner I'm going to make 60 more pieces of eel.
