I've never said that...Real autists are actually pretty rare, a successful surgery that improves your looks it's probably the best thing you can do for your social life - even if you're shy, awkward, socially inept, etc., people will treat you much better, your confidence will improve, and your speech and social skills will eventually increase.

Women actually display much more social retardation in general, they just get a pass because theyre women. A good example is that when they're placed in a social setting that is "competitive" or in such a way where they have to earn acceptance instead of being handed it, they fail utterly.
Female comedians are a perfect representation of this, imagine knowing you have to present yourself to a large audience and win them over. You spend weeks "preparing" and yet the only thing you can come up with is "Hurr muh vaginuh" and when that doesn't work you become convinced that everyone hates you and the crowd is conspiring against you? How is it that pretty much every single female comedian ends up like that?

Also female podcasters/interviewers, they are in the hotseat and need to be able to properly converse with their guest and be the driver of conversation but yet again, they often fail at this entirely, imagine if it had been a woman interviewing an awkward personality type like Elon Musk for two hours straight instead of Rogan, it wouldve been 90% dead air and its like this across all countries and cultures of women.

Much like everything else for women, since they receive automatic acceptance in everything, when it's time for them to actually perform it turns out theyre entirely underdeveloped and this goes the same for social awareness and skills. Autism is easily found in men because men immediately have to start practicing how to be liked from a young age and ones that cant, quickly get left behind.

What do you call someone who is entirely lacking in social skills and awareness? Entirely incapable of empathising with/understanding or even fearful and paranoid of anything/anyone that exists outside of their little bubble? Very, very fixated on an extremely small set of topics (in this case sex and men) and not really able to talk or learn about anything else in any advanced way? Extremely prone to emotional overload/outbursts and breakdowns when presented with anything that confuses or stresses them? Generally very shy, infantile and nervous when taken out of their safe spaces?

Are they autistic or are they just a woman?

It's just as likely that 2 of the 3 females are not diagnosed because autism doesn't debilitate females nearly as hard as males.

Also there isn't any reason to believe that it has to be equal between the sexes.
