If we think a high sensitivity person is ugly we call them autistic.

true. My dad told me I was ADD, cause his doctors diagnosed him with that when he was a kid.

As soon as I stopped identifying by that label, and decided to mentally strengthen, I shed the negative connotations of “ADHD” I felt

still hyper active but now with attention

“ADHD” people I knew on adderall just acted more zingy the longer I knew them

most diagnosis are bullshit, and just to categorize people so they take the damn pill or whatever

Autism and ADHD are completely different things though jfl... People with ADHD have low dopamine sensetivity so they can't focus too well and don't have much motivation, its a neurological problem.
Autism isn't a neurological disorder... It's a cognitive disorder. It's inability to react and learn from the outside world.
