It's no wonder that average people end up as low-value, low-paid wageslaves tbh.

They completely lack creative problem solving, innovative thinking, being able to establish which things are important and which are less important, lack of initiative, lack of responsibility. Expertise.

What seems to separate a good wageslave and a bad one seems to be nothing more than being able to follow the rules perfectly or not, always being on time, not making mistakes, etc.

JFL honestly.

In most cases that I remember. When I spend a lot of time on some project/course/hobby. After a couple of months of time I become an 'expert' in it. Where people will come to me for advice/help and I have acquired large amounts of specialistic knowledge that would also allow me to innovate in that specific hobby/field/interest.

This is not common for average people. They rarely become the experts tbh.

This is true. Most people just don't give enough fucks to become an expert at whatever project they're assigned.

I would also add that from media mainly instagram, thots both high and low iq (think science related career ones with thirst traps, I know too many) are able to expertise the art of jealousy which is the driving force of the capitalistic world.

Envy is what makes the world go around.

How terrible is wisdom when it gives no profit to the wise?

Yeah, which is why they get paid and treated like shit.

Example: Imagine doing brick-laying as a job full-time for a couple of years. You would expect a certain amount of expertise.

But then a new unique job: Some ingredient runs out, you are using another type of brick/material, or you are doing brick-laying in an especially dry/wet season.

Someone asks you: 'Yo man, we need to change anything about our technique for this job since there's a different situation?'

And all the normie wageslave can say is: 'lol man, I have no clue. I always do this this way and don't even know why so whatever. Let's just do it like we always do.'

It's a joke.

How do you alternate between smug overconfidence and feelings of suicidal worthlessness?

The irony is that OP is a 27 year old with zero work experience, no bachelor degree , bitter and angry at everyone blaming his circumstances on everyone but himself and thinks he’s somehow better than the average person

This level of delusion is not healthy, and all you incels that liked this post are enablers that reinforce him these ideas.

Typical incel trait.
