Real raw milk has its lactobacillas. Bacterias which ferment the milk after a given time

Pasteurising kills most of them and also damages proteins a bit

Those lactobacillas can upset your stomach or your body use them as probioticas or it is a tie

From nutritional perspective there is not much difference
