Idk I think just lip lift, getting some type of ccw rotation surgery is too much imo if you aren't subhuman because of it

Hm yes tbh lip lift Will ascend me so fucking much bc its my only Big failo(currently I have 0.89 midface and I used to have 0.87 bc Ive been 2 months doing a facepulling method daily and shit kinda works lol) after lip lift and my progression on the facepulling I Guess a 0.96midface ratio is realistic
