It's actually just a theory of mine that average is 17cm. On the internet it says that average is like 18cm but almost everyone I ask is lower.
Yeah 19cm is a good wrist size for packing on muscle. Most endomorphs have thicker wrists and have it easier to pack on muscle but also tend to gain fat quicker and be overweight
