I was drinking energy drinks to get through my 12+ hour workcel shifts but they were jacking up my cortisol, giving me this angry look in my eyes and looksminning me. I didn’t know how much of a problem they were, but then I stopped drinking them and also started supplementing L-theanine and magnesium glycinate and I feel so much better.
It’s not just the caffeine, it’s all the other shit that’s in them, unnatural.
I’d rather be dead tired than looksminned and auraminned by cortisol.
