I am really addicted to sugar so i would like to know

Curious to know, do you eat regular meals throughout the day or do you fast?
 
sugar is just carbs so avoid it as much as possible, also it has really high glycemic index, meaning higher chance of insulin resistance. Day to day consumption should be low

Avoiding sugar isn‘t necessary. Just don‘t go overboard on lactose, fructose or sucrose since it might cause digestive issues. At the end of the day, calories in vs calories out will determine whether you gain, lose or maintain weight, if you‘re healthy

Actual weight loss trick is plain old intermittent fastingwhere you only drink water for a few day.

I did both btw, but because of my shit tier fat storage despite losing 6-7 kg and being "skinny" my face still didnt get lean so I went back to my normal weight because I like eating doritos, chocolates and drinking cola everyday.

Eat whatever you want unless you have subhuman genetics.
This is also the truth btw. I never become fat in my life despite shitty diet.

Thought so.

I was also addicted to sugar and junk when fasting; it can work for some but for people like us it doesn’t.

Your hunger hormones are telling you to ingest energy in its quickest form (sugar).

Since I’ve started eating regular balanced meals I don’t have any cravings for sugar.

yes, sugar is very toxic for the body because of fructose, sugar is basically just carbs and no minerals/vitamins so its better to avoid

Sugar in moderation is fine, no need to completely cut it out.
