Avoiding stretch marks

just noticed marks developing on my right bicep (theyre white right now except for a little line thats already red)
has anybody successfully prevented the development of these? is tret the way?

yeah idk mane some say they look good like some tiger stripes but i honestly dont see it

but ngl it's largely skin elasticity which is genetic, try researching ways to improve that?
