This will be a big thread, so relax, sit back and read it with attention.
First of all what is testosterone and why we need it?
testosterone is main male sex hormone which has very good effects on people, it increases muscle mass, increases bone density, makes voice deeper(not directly but via converting itself to dihydrotestosterone). also making shoulders more wider and masculine, so this is basicly what makes you as a man, but it also has effects on a brain and mental state https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17178554/ this study says that man who have less testosterone have higher chance of having depressing mood, on the other hand man who have higher testosterone, their general mood is better and positive. so this thing is helping us in almost everything so question is how do we get more of this naturally? i will get to that of course but before that i want to say that only testosterone is not enough for ascension.
We need to grow in height also right? so here it comes the hgh(human growth hormone)
it just says it in name, it makes you grow, also it makes muscles bigger, slows down aging and makes your skull and facial bones alongside with testosterone more bigger, however i m not sure about testosterone effects on facial bones to make big difference, i think its other factors, but lets say it does make small improvements in facial bone size.
Lets get back to the main question, how to produce more testosterone and hgh naturally?
well answer is very simple, just exercise 3 4 times a day, with high intensity, so why not more than 3 4 times a week? and why should we exercise with high intensity?
Here is the answer about training frequency: exercising more than 4 times a week will spark higher levels of cortisol(stress hormone, the real bitch which is destroying muscles in order to get energy and save energy(more muscle u have more expensive it is to for your body because it spends more energy))
however this applies to hour or hour and half workout, more than hour or 1:30 is not reccomended because after 45 minutes of intense training body starts to spark higher cortisol levels in order to get energy, however if you exercise 30 minutes a day then you can exercise 5 or even 6 times a week without problem. so training frequency is understandable.
Here is the answer about intensity: lots of studies have shown that training with high intensity secretes more grwoth hormone than without it, in short term and in long term, more like short term but it still is better than nothing, also it is always better to train with intensity than with volume, ask any bodybuilder or experienced couch and you get same answer that intensity is king of building muscle why? because that way your workouts are finished early because you get tired early and so on so on, there is also other biological reasons why it is better but i dont know them, what i know is i gymmaxed for more than 3 years and tested it myself that high intensity is always better and had more results from it than high volume training.
In short: just train 3 4 times a week but only this without correct eating and sleeping habits will not work.

In summary: there are 3 phases: 1 phase is exercise 3 4 times a week, each workout time maximum hour and half, if you do this right, then 2 phase is eating, eat enough calories not more, not less, but slightly more in order to gain muscle, if you do this right, then there is 3 phase which is sleeping, get 8 hours or how many you need every night, wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time.
And lastly this lifestyle which i described above has results only if you do it over over and over, for long periods of time, if you do 1 day correctly than fuck up the other day and then next day correctly, this will not work, you need to live with this regiment for months, i lived like this for 6 months without one error and got great result both in height and muscle gain, that was the period when i got most of my gains, because i did everything properly, once you get used to this, it will get easy overtime because habits will be built
