you’ll debloat with some exercise and a chill diet, try doing something like “CouchTo5K” consistently. the best way to lose the facial fat is time, you lose it with age unless you’re fucking huge. genetics plays big part

There isn't much you can do besides wait especially since you are younger. Stay at a decent bodyfat and just get older, it sucks to look younger than you are until it doesn't, and its better to look like a baby for a few years than to look like a middle aged man at 25 when it actually matters.
