For the people who dont know he shows how to get full control of your eyebrows, so that you can tilt your eyebrows in a way that also makes your hooding more positive. He also said that holding your eyebrows there with time will make them stay ik that position, but thats just a obvious blatent lie.

no i havent done that specific thing hes talking about

but learning to control your eyebrows seperately (like moving one without moving the other) will lead to them hanging lower, this worked for me, i used to practice infront of the mirror everyday then after like a week i saw results
