Back acne

there are many threads about acne treatements. This chart looks good, but I need to be able to assess the severity of my acne. I'd say it is moderate? (I posted a picture below) Also I don't care that much about my back as long as the face is better. I'd say my face is mild to moderate.





Now applying topical creams on my back is very time consuming and also I would emtpy a small tube probably after a few days, which will get quite expensive if I don't get it payed by the insurance. Last time I went (4years ago) I got a benzyolperoxide+adapalene mixture prescribed which didnt do much tbh. So I think I will try tretinoin on my face, but bpo (which is payed by the insurance) on my back? Plus antibiotics, although ideally I'd get the results without antibiotics.

Basically do heavy ass bench press and make the weight on the bar exert all that force on your back, popping all that acne.

Also the acne is not "3d", my skin is not bumpy, the majority of the red circles aren't sticking out, so there is nothing to pop really

I will maybe, but I need some more potent stuff. How bad is it in your opinion, I know its a low quality pic, but you can see a bit I think? I'd say it is definitely not mild, but I'd say its also not severe? maybe moderate or moderate-severe.

Yes it is a pain in the ass, I have it on the chest and shoulders too. If you would tan, then it would be almost unnoticeable in your case. Try eating more vegetables, less sugar, less carbs in general. You dont need skin treatement in my opinion.

thanks I will try that on face. But the back is a huge area (plus I have ance on chest and shoulders too) so I probably need one small tube every day jfl. And it wont be covered by the insurance, so it is not really an option at the moment because too expensive.

I think I have that on top of the normal acne, as I get kind of different smaller red points on my lower arms and sometimes even legs. Also my body is often itchy, its really disgusting, but I used to wear the same clothes over and over and my sweat has incrained in a lot of clothes that they stink even after washing them. And when I wear those shirts for only a short time, my armpits start smelling intense, but its not a good smell full of pheromones, it is a very disgusting almost sweet smell. So I probably have some bacteria or fungus all over my skin from the terrible hygene. I dont use shampoo and soap usually, which has its reasons, but I think I should just throw away all clothes and bedsheets and get new stuff and change shirts every day instead of every week jfl.

Wrong reply. Tretinoin is super potent. for face, the suggested amount to aply is 1 pea size for whole face. 1 tube lasted me 6 months that way. With 1 tube, you should be able to last 1 month. if you find, 1 tube costs like 15 usd. So 15 usd per month, is not a biggy imo.

i had really bad acne - on accutane (miracle drug btw, had side effects but nothing bad in the longrun i hope)

bro whatever u do just dont pick it... ik its common sense but i guess my 13-16 year old self thought picking acne was a good idea, now my back is scarred heavily. But it looks way better without any redness, so im fine lol

but my back always looks decent (relatively) when i get a tan, so summer time.

Try Ketoconazole 2% every other day in the shower, it helped me. Also consider bulk-buying retionids online and changing your diet.

I'm on no fap, also low carb diet etc, I maxed out a few things already.
