What exercises should I add for my back because all I do is lat pull downs, seated cable rows and pull ups.
Please help

tap into sbl and do fullbody every other day, got my workout program you can follow, all the exercises you can find on tiktok and such but do this everyother day whilst eating 100-200 calorie surplus and 1g protein per pound of body weight and you'll thank me later. now mark as solution and rep me :)
