(back on DNP) had a 8000 kcal cheat day yesterday

guess it doesn’t matter since i’ll be on DNP soon enough again, hopefully this week (order is placed), back to losing 1lbs a day.

back to normal routine tho:
15k minimum steps
1600 cals, low carb
gym

i will follow this same leanmax plan whilst on my DNP cycle. i intend to run for 2-3 weeks

6:30 am, had beef 260g and 60g cheese. roughly 1000cals left for the day. will be full for a good few hours tho.

off to start getting my steps in.

I dont know how anyone could eat past 4000 cals.

I dont know how anyone could eat past 4000 cals.
could have eaten way more if i ate normally during the day. i was leanmaxing so cals were low but volumus. during day it was 500g beef, 6eggs, some butter for cooking in, and cheese. then got call from friend saying to go to this chicken place cos they got unlimited bbq chicken strips. i ate a massive salad before to try suppress aparite. got 5 plates of that which came to 2500vcals excluded sauce. 3 plates of chips all 500 cals each (i ate half of each one), then went home and said fuck it the day is already fucked may as well go all out and ate half a jar or buscoff and nutella on bread. i’m sitting here bloated as shit now, shit sleep cos of all that digesting feeling subhuman.

may go try sleep until my dnp arrives tmr then when i lose 14lbs fat in 2 weeks all will be good
