I hate being how I am. I live in a white ish area and made it into a really smart ppl school for my freshman year this year, for context I’m a lmtn more or less and like 5 foot 9. I had freshman orientation with this girl and we were chatting it up and hit it off, I was gonna get her number but had to do some stuff with my scedule. Today was our first day of school today, we had about 2-3 classes tgth and we had some small convos and she waved at me a few times. She’s like pretty but not THAT pretty but she’s really funny and bubbly and nice to be around. I’m not ND and I’m pretty social and I’m one day I’m fairly popular like top 10 in the school I would say. So she tells me to go on top of the school with her friends in her free period so I say yes and go for like 10 min till we have to go homeroom for something. What REALLY pissed me off is I got the nerve to text her number which I got earlier today she told me to text her. I asked her out and she said she wasn’t really ready to date which we both know is just bs for ur not a htn or hmtn get away from me, she’s really cool and funny and I don’t mind being friends but like damn yk I think it’s also I’m black and the rich schools are obv mostly white so her type isn’t black but types don’t truly exist for grey if you are hot enough. IK shooting a shot first day of the year is stupid but she is like super really pretty but it’s okay yk. I’ll bag someone I’ve done ir before but maybe I do something earlier in the year
