back pain is actually good, because it shows me i need to fully lay down in bed and will make more progress that way

fully lay = not even watching tv with eyes, just hearing it if you want

if you later after some laying feel a bit better, u can watch tv/youtube on tv i have my tv connected to the internet, and i can control what i watch with my smartphone and it streams it on tv, its better than with remote control (fernbedienung/distancinis)

when u feel good u can go on laptop or smartphone, but the moment u start getting back pain immediately fully lay down until the pain is over, the sonner u fully lay down after u get pain, the faster pain will fade. dont do the mistake of not immediately fully laying down the moment u get back pain which also can go into brain pain.

no one will read it anyway, im just posting this for myself to gain clarity and remember better
