I guess i should stop doing squats for a week or so?I get this when I stop lifting. It must have something to do with some muscle imbalance or something being tight. It's weird because it'll get so bad that I can barely walk then a few days later it's just completely gone. The pain moves all around my lower back, glutes, and hips.
