The benefits of sleeping on the back are less prominent nasolabial folds and a lesser chance of getting unwanted particles/bacteria on your face from the pillow, which could cause acne.

I've been doing it for about 3 weeks, but it's all a conscious effort. It does not come natural to me at all. Every night I spend one hour trying to fall asleep. One fucking hour I waste simply to fall asleep. Is there something I can do to fall asleep faster? By this time it should have became a habit, but it didn't.

I also found that it has something to do with the mattress and the pillow. My mattress is hard as fuck, almost like the floor and my pillow is so soft that basically it feels as if I don't have a pillow. Whenever I sleep in a hotel or some other place that has a soft mattress and fluffy pillow, I have no trouble sleeping on the back.

I feel every single muscle relax in my body when I lay on my stomach. When I'm on my back every little nuance irritates me; either it's too hot or too cold or my bedsheets feel weird, etc.

In the most cases im sooo sleepy that it doesnt bother me and i fall asleep fast.

Try doing activities that calm you down and make you sleepy like meditating or reading a book for 15 minutes before you sleep. You can take supps too, like melatonin I guess?

I blast metal 24/7 maybe that's why

You shouldn't sleep on your back retard. All primates sleep on their SIDE. Try sleeping on your back without a pillow. You'll see that it's impossible. Pillows allow us to sleep on our back "comfortably". Sleep on your side always. Google primates sleeping. Every single picture is them sleeping on their side.

Its hell, I cant even fall to sleep normally, i just lay aware for hours until i finally pass out, if I even do.
So staying on my back the whole time is difficult

Sleeping on the side causes nasolabial folds to be more prominent

I sleep on back with no pillow and fall asleep quick af

I think I found how to fall asleep faster. Essentially, you have to not listen to any aggressive or uptempo music unless you know for sure it makes you fall asleep faster. I listened to ambient music for an hour before going to bed and fell asleep pretty fast last night. I'll see if it works again today.

Water bed - it feels like you are floating on water and you fall asleep very fast. The weight of your body is distributed more even, so you won't feel the need to turn around during sleeping, you fall asleep and wake up in the same position.

I always wake up with my face buried in my pillow in rhe Morning. It worries me because that causes wrinkles and prominent nasabiol folds.

Even if I do fall asleep on my back, I toss and turn so much during night I wake up with my head inside my pillow.

GHB gives you the best super sleep imaginable and lets you fall asleep in a matter of minutes. You have to dose it twice a night though

I guess it helps. I also left of the ceiling fan which makes a background noise so that it's not too quiet in my room.

Don't Chad's fuck Stacies on water mattresses?

It's more difficult, because you sink in, the water moves with you and you feel like you are pumping with no results...
For sleep it's great though.
