The benefits of sleeping on the back are less prominent nasolabial folds and a lesser chance of getting unwanted particles/bacteria on your face from the pillow, which could cause acne.
I've been doing it for about 3 weeks, but it's all a conscious effort. It does not come natural to me at all. Every night I spend one hour trying to fall asleep. One fucking hour I waste simply to fall asleep. Is there something I can do to fall asleep faster? By this time it should have became a habit, but it didn't.
