I ain’t gymmaxed in many months. I started again, and I can only deadlift 185 lb for 5 reps. Subhuman weakcel. Gym might not be worth it since I’m this weak.

The YouTuber Natural Hypertrophy does and recommends RDLs for male gymmaxers. It’s better than the deadlift is for hypertrophy. I do RDLs.
My RDL and deadlift have the same posture because my hamstrings aren’t that flexible. Difference is RDL starts at the top and deadlift starts at the bottom. My conventional deadlift and stiff-legged deadlift are exactly, and I mean exactly, the same.
