I ain’t gymmaxed in many months. I started again, and I can only deadlift 185 lb for 5 reps. Subhuman weakcel. Gym might not be worth it since I’m this weak.

why not just rdl instead of strength training, just do what women do if your a tranny

RDL is strength training. The YouTuber Natural Hypertrophy does and recommends RDLs for male gymmaxers. It’s better than the deadlift is for hypertrophy. I do RDLs.

My RDL and deadlift have the same posture because my hamstrings aren’t that flexible. Difference is RDL starts at the top and deadlift starts at the bottom. My conventional deadlift and stiff-legged deadlift are exactly, and I mean exactly, the same. Low-hamstring-flexibility-cel.

i mean you can use both deadlifts and rdls for hypertrophy don't gotta be strength specific my game roommate only does those stair machine shids

As a natty if you're below advanced lifter tier if you stop lifting for 2 or 3 months its already enough to nuke your progress and physique

You see that even with pro athletes in offseason/retirement and actors after stopping doing action roles their physiques get downgraded considerably. Even with pros on gear this shit happens imagine with normies

Good thing is that youll get back to your previous strength levels much quicker than it took you to reach them at first
