Bad angles vs good angles

To be honest, with bad angles and lighting i am not even subhuman 5, I'm something even worse but with good lighting and lighting i am low mtn. What should I trust? Is it somwhere in between? Like mid ltn?

dont trust 'bad angles' because theres lens distortion so you dont actually look like that. second pic would be closer to what you actually look like

I trust them in mirror pics i look like high HTN but in camera photos i look like i'am subhuman lol
