Hezbollah are 10x the force Hamas are and Iran's biggest wildcard. They couldn't even get rid of Assad despite pouring billions and thinking Hezbollah will be easy despite recent losses.

pager attacks were against hezbollah's civilian members not fighters.also keep in mind hezbollah has close to 100k fighters and iran has stationed apparantly 40k+ fighters from hashd al shaabi, houthis and other groups into syrian border to for back up.
+they have much more advanced weapons than hamas and islamic jihad and you cant block them like gaza. it'll end up like 2006 war.
