i used to never ask for help at anything and i would do everything myself cause i thought i could do everything myself but Ive realized that its stupid af

you are not weak for asking for help its smarter to ask for it.
if you never ask for help you are gonna burnout and start to hate shit. its makes it so you are correct more often and makes you more efficient

if you want to get better at anything you have to ask for help to break plateaus and gain new insight from another person whose skilled

It’s not a bad way to think. I never ask for help because I’ve learnt to be self sufficient, most people aren’t. I realise that the people I could ask for help had to learn these things in the first place which is something I can also do myself.
