Bad russian bimax result

Imagine going through so much pain and torture, just to end with a 0,25 psl increase. He could get the same result with filler to his chin fold.

Well we can’t see the whole face. But streatching the soft tissues like that might have improved his eye area maybe he gained 0.5 or 1 psl

He looked better before , look at space between his lower lip and chin

The upper picture is the "before". I think he did some kind of bone grafting to fill out this space/fold between chin and lip. You can see this on the ct scan.

Its pointless to get bimax as a cosmetic surgery below 5mm
