Bad Skin

i dont know what to do with my skin, i have been seeing a dermatologist for over a year and nothing has been working, is there any products someone could recommend.

cleanser, tretinoin 0,05%, moisturizer, SPF

morning: wash your face with water, pat dry and apply moisturizer + SPF.

night (before bed): wash your face with cleanser, pat dry and apply tretinoin.

Stop using products and just let water hit your face in the shower, I sound crazy but try it. Skincare isn’t always the answer. I ruined my skin in highschool trying skincare routines when I had my first couple tiny pimples when I started puberty lol
