Baldcels how can I cope with shit hair?

My hair is thinning despite being on Fin (jfl) and I went autistic and pulled my hair hard and lost shitloads of hair but I can’t stop doing that because I get a huge burst of fucking rage everytime I see my hair in a mirror.

I told my gf that I am going to shave my shit hair and she said not to. It’s so fucking over I am stuck in a fucking hole and can’t do anything about it.

So what can I do to cope until hopefully my hair grows a bit again? At least the hairs that I pulled in those multiple autistic rages.

If your hair degrades to a point beyond rescue, you almost have no choice but to gymmax. You can't be skinny or you'll look like a cancer patient, and you can't be fat or you'll look like a thumb. When you're bald and gymmaxed (or at least 1/2-3/4 of the way there), people will assume you're military or police. Happens to me all the time.

Maybe try using a real hair wig. They are around £100-200 quid and it could make you look like a tranny but its far cheaper then a hair transplant and its an immediate 'fix'.

Most women fraud with hair extensions and makeup etc, the main reason why guys don't do it is because its not socially acceptable.

I would but my density is trash tier. You can basically see all of my scalp in sunlight.
