So I have been unable to sleep on my back for a week now as its so uncomfortable cos my back is saw atm when I sleep on my back.
Normally in the shower I shed 20-30 hairs
I sleep on my back normally.
Now that I sleep on my side (WITHOUT A PILLOW) my head is tilted downwards... and that means that all the blood is going more to my skull and thus my scalp.
NOW I DON'T SHED AT ALL in the shower. Just from more blood in my scalp. Wtaf

Absolute cope.
Sleep hung from the ceiling head down for maximum blood flow to the scalp.

20-30 isn't that bad, supposedly people lose 100 hairs on average in the shower. It's just that most people aren't counting the amount of hair that's lost, and you may not see it being drained in the shower. Hair shedding in the shower is particularly more noticeable when your hair is longer. If you aren't experiencing significant shedding, or you don't see any noticeable signs of actual thinning/recession on your scalp, then you probably aren't balding.
