Balding hair transplant

I have balded a lot in a sense that its visible and that it hugely affects my sex appeal,but I havent balded enough so my surgeon can see a pattern.
My hair is thinning on all places,but I dont have clear bald spots.
I am 23 almost 24 and plastic surgeon was convincing me to wait until I get bald completly or get older so he can see a pattern.He says if he do me a transplant now,I will probbably lose more hair the older I am and he is afraid that he may not be able to cover it with donor area.
But I really cant stand this,I look like shit,its so humilliating.
He first insisted to do PRP for hair,he said it will stop hairloss and grow my hair back and to see if we can do it that way first and then do transplant.
I said ok and did all 4 prp tretmans but my hair didnt grow up and I am way balder than I was before treatman.
I have a control in the beggining of Janury and then we will discuass hair transplant.
I dont know what to do,I cant wait being bald since 30 and then do it.

Hair massages and dermarolling with 1.5mm every 2 weeks or so.

its not 1% jfl. i also got sides and alone the tressless sub on reddit is filled with shit ton of guys claiming side effects eventho its a PRO fin sub.

its about 70-80% who get side effects grom 5ars if i had to guess (judging by hairlosstalk and tressless sub)

why would you get an hairtransplant now? shouldnt you also expect the worst here? people here are too optimistic regarding hairtransplants..
