You are not 4.5psl.. Honestly you dont look bad. You have good eye area despite of having UEE.. Decent pheno and good chin. Your only flaws is round looking jaw which could be due to high BF and bald.... Your height is also big halo in Real life.. Even if you dont have hair.. I dont think you will have hard time get girls..
