The reality is that there won't be one single thing that'll 'cure' it all. Over the next 10-20 years, more and more ways of treating it will become available thus making it easier to fix the problem and mog the reaper. If anything, it looks like Dr Tsuji's regenerative medicine is a true cure, but when that comes out in a few years it'll be super expensive
