they're balkanoid in that they're great hosts and will demand you come stay with them, treat it as some offence if u can't come over because they just want to shower you in hospitality
but dutch in the sense that they'll find a way to jew you out of every penny imaginable and leave u bankrupt after u go home
classic dutch behaviour ive noticed is that they'll agree to buy rounds, but then later they'll send you the bill for the rounds they paid for while pretending to forget about the ones you paid for. but at least they're asocial so u can normally avoid these freaks. balkanoid-dutch hybrids are a mutant race who will demand u hang out w them and then find a way to jew u every time u do
