After you cross the HTN boundary... don't try creating halos using surgery. Only fix falios. Fixing all falios and softmaxxing would ascend 99.9+% of people into HTN(+).

You must just reach the point of knowledge where you realise you need to work with what you have. After all this is what blackpill is, you must realise you have only slight wiggle room due to your genetics.
You have option to do surgery, implants, fillers, but you need to be extremely wary not to overdo it or you end up like one of these living Ken/Barbie dolls. You need to think it through and understand the change must be subtle, it's supposed to *improve* your appearance, not *replace* it

And it goes for every aspect. You can't fill yourself daily with supplements, drugs, tretinoin and steroids, as too much of that will ruin you and not help you. You need to collect knowledge on how these things work in the first place and then choose by understanding what are your actual needs.
But yeah this is where it becomes fucked up on this forum if you don't have enough knowledge to be able to filter it yourself. Loads of misinformation and bullshit dreamt up by schizo minds, and what's worse zero moderation and balance in that
